What effect are you having??

Proverbs 22:1 - A [good] name [is] rather to be chosen than great riches, [and] loving favour rather than silver and gold.

When people hear your name what comes to mind?  Is it Honor? Is it Strength? Is it Integrity? Is it anything that has to do with serving The Most High?  If I were to go and interview your co-workers, or the regular clerk at the grocery store, would they have something positive to say about you? Whether we realize it or not everywhere we go we are influencing people.  Is your influence positive or negative?

There is a saying that your life may be the only Bible that some people ever read. Do you consider this thought when you go about your day? When you are irritated with your children or your spouse? When your car breaks down or a check has bounced in your checking account? When the enemy uses something in this world to get you stressed out and worked up do you still carry yourself as though you are the only Bible some may ever see or do you just react in your flesh unaware of how your actions are perceived by others?

Ecclesiastes 7:1 - A good name [is] better than precious ointment; and the day of death than the day of one's birth.
Proverbs 10:7 - The memory of the just [is] blessed: but the name of the wicked shall rot.

To Be Set Apart for Service

1 Chronicles 29:5 “The gold for things of gold, and the silver for things of silver, and for all manner of work to be made by the hands of artificers. And who then is willing to consecrate his service this day unto the LORD?”

consecrate-to make or declare sacred; set apart or dedicate to the service of a deity

Consecrate yourselves unto The Most High.

When you hear that what do you think?? what are the areas of your life that you are still withholding from The Most High? The areas where you are still allowing your flesh mind to control the temple he created for you and sent his Son to redeem back to him.

Is your answer to whatever he may speak to you Yes & so be it?? I guarantee that if you were in service to an earthly king you would have a much harder time with rebellion as it would likely mean your death.

The Most High is patient with us wishing that all would repent. Many times in our lives we get in our own way because we don't understand the ways of the Father.  He isn't judging someone or they aren't behaving in the way that we think they should.  Again I say do you think that you would take such liberties with an earthly king.  If so you are braver than I.

Hebrew 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus,20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;21 And having an high priest over the house of God;22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.23 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.28 He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses:29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

As we have just passed through the Feast of Dedication, now is the time to think about consecration.

To Be Set Apart for Service.

IM POSSIBLE

The limits you put on the most High are based on your own insecurities and failings. (Ephesians 3:20). Your inner voice (called by some your self-talk), that voice that points out your own shortcomings and insecurities, is where the battle begins.  The word encourages us to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.(2 Cor 10:4-6 )   When you are walking in righteousness you are in tune with the very creator of the heavens and earth. The designer himself. The  "author and finisher of your faith."(Hebrews 12:2).

Matthew 19:26“But Yashaya beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with The Most High all things are possible.”

Mark 10:27“And Yashaya looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with The Most High: for with The Most High all things are possible.

Jeremiah 32:17“Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:”

When you are walking in righteousness and following the commandments of The Most High there is no situation that he will not help you out with. Its true the end result may not look as you had thought or hoped but you will be able to rest assured that it is what was the very best thing for your life. "Trust and obey for there is no better way." When you are walking in truth the impossible becomes  Possible!!!

The Split Decision !!!!!

Eve had no access to the Most High because He intended her to be for Adam. His union was with Adam and because of this, he was to stand in what the Father had ordained. Abba’s compassion for Adam was beautiful in that He considered our Father when He brought forth Eve out of Adam. As with all creation, there is order because our Father is not the author of chaos. So Eves’ choice to move outside of what was ordained is no different from what we face as Abba’s daughters today. Like our mother, we have a role to play in what our Father has ordained. We too can be a co-conspirator in the fall or we can follow her example of redemption. When she was truly faced with the cost of her transgression our mother was allowed to experience the love of our Creator. For this reason, she was humbled enough to be the helpmeet she was created to be. Abba was gracious enough to use her grief in being left alone in the earth in the very darkness she helped usher in for her repentance. When all was revealed it came down to her total submission, which was what was required in the garden.

This very dilemma has the world in its grasp for it is in the hands of the evil. So as this rule is coming to an end the spiritual war here will be like never before. There is a fallen part of woman that is fostered and stroked is like never before. It whispers I am a superwoman so worship me. It screams I am only the weaker vessel on my terms; which is a Jezebelion lie!!!! It is the dual spirit that was in our mother Eve that caused her to usurp Adam. This spirit seeks to end the beauty of what our mothers’ prayer was able to establish and usher in for those of us willing to submit as she did for this very day.

Yes!!! You will be an outcast or called abused by those who see you as weak. Know that this submission is required to be in Fathers order and that your given task to be Abba’s daughter of light is bigger than you. Our call requires that we are being selfless and relentless in this act of submission (Ephesians 5:21-31). This will allow the Most High to impart His peace over you. Why??? So you can remain obedient and move in His order in a world that lives for chaos.

1 Corinthians 11:3“But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.”

1 Corinthians 11:7-13 For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man.8 For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man.9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man.10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.11 Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord.

The spirits of this fallen world thrive off the life (Abba’s essence) they are able to pull from you (1 Corinthians 11:3,7-12). This spiritual fight means that you must continually look at self to guard your mind, guard your heart, and be vigilant in prayer. Whether you are single or not, when you can not be covered you are practicing witchcraft and are of the first female. I have heard it mentioned quite a few times that there so few teachings on women in scripture and history. That everything taught and that "matters" is about men??? Simply know that we are all throughout the instruction manual as helpmeets to our men. If you are not spotlight will you move in the Most High??? If your answer was NO!!!! Ask what is in you that requires this type of validation in this wicked world??? If you are repentant then your life shows it, and come what may, you will not stray when faced with Eve’s Split Decision !!!!!

Winds of Change

Sometimes when we are so focused on our own lives we forget that the path we are on has been walked before.

1 Corinthians 10:11“Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.”

So you've come to the point in your life where you are walking with Christ. You've come out of bondage, gone through deliverance and made major life changes. You're beginning to stretch your wings of freedom. Then an obstacle arises. One that is so big you can't seem to see anything else.

This is when the enemy comes in. He sees an opportunity. He brings in fear and doubt. You look around and see the old oppression and bondage beginning to come after you.

You seek counsel and your leader says Be still.

Be still you think as you start to panic.  You look around for the peace and stability you find in The Most High and cannot seem to see him. All you can see is the obstacle.

Then you realize he is behind you, but you still don't understand why??

It becomes clear he is lifting up a standard against the bondage and oppression that is attempting to come after you. Defending you!

Then the winds begin. What is happening?? Things seem overwhelming and a little chaotic. Why is there a storm just when you thought that you were about to get out of this mess! How are you going to stay calm? Until it dawns on you.... These are the winds of change!!

Suddenly the huge obstacle that was holding you back from moving forward and running from the oncoming onslaught becomes your path to moving forward.

As you follow the path that becomes clear ahead of you and you see that The Most High has made a way out of something that seemed impossible.  But where is he?  The oppression is beginning come after you again. Forcing you to move forward somehow through the huge obstacle that was blocking your path just a short time ago.

Now you are on the other side and as you look back to see if you are still being persued and you realize The Most Highs plan. What you thought was an impossible roadblock was his tool for your freedom and Victory!!

SO where is the scriptural advice for this stuff? Exodus 13,14 & 15 and the trip out of Egypt!!!

Keys to remember-

1. When you learn some of your life's biggest lessons are you going to be complaining and grumbling OR standing in trust and Faith.

2. Even when you feel trapped adopt a positive attitude, remember the ways The Most High has done for you already and call upon him for help.

3. Once you have your direction GET MOVING!! No doubting! Stopping and looking back will never be positive for you

Only when you feel like

So I have a question for you what if your car started only when it felt like it? What if your electricity is frustration that occurs when they don't function as expected.  You were sent here for such a time as this.
( Esther 4:14) You have been given a job to do!  There is a saying that goes " Your life may be the only bible some people ever see."  Do you walk uprightly and in righteousness only when you feel like it? The day you indulge your flesh may be the day that you cause someone else to stumble and Christ had some harsh words for you.
worked only when it felt like it? What if the toilet flushed only when it felt like it? Anyone who has had any of these things suddenly quit on them understands the panic

Matthew 18:6“But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea.

Mark 9:42“And whosoever shall offend one of these little ones that believe in me, it is better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he were cast into the sea.

Luke 17:1Then said he unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offences will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come! 2It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones.

Reliable

Proverbs 20:6“Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find?”

Luke 16:10“He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much.

Dependable, Trustworthy, Faithful, Reliable.  Do these words define you?  Does the Father count you as one of His reliable servants? Are you someone others can Always count on no matter what is going on in your world?? Do you allow the enemy to get you so focused on you and your feelings about any given situation that you are not reliable?

1 Corinthians 4:1 Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. 2Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.

Proverbs 28:20  A faithful man shall abound with blessings: but he that maketh haste to be rich shall not be innocent.

Wisdom of Solomon 3:9“They that put their trust in him shall understand the truth: and such as be faithful in love shall abide with him: for grace and mercy is to his saints, and he hath care for his elect.”

Ecclesiasticus 6:16“A faithful friend is the medicine of life; and they that fear the Lord shall find him.”

Psalms 101:6“Mine eyes shall be upon the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me: he that walketh in a perfect way, he shall serve me.”

Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Recognizing your Favor

Psalms 105:25“He turned their heart to hate his people, to deal subtilly with his servants.”

Proverbs 16:7“When a man's ways please the LORD, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.”

Many times in our lives when we have been working very hard at "living right". Staying in our scriptures, watching our words thoughts and actions, spending time with the Father in prayer: things start to become easier for us. People who were difficult before suddenly are amiable toward us. Things that might have given us major pause before just become another lesson in our journey. When you come to this place in this journey enjoy it but also turn and say thank you. Gratitude is so important and especially if you want to remain in a good place. A place of peace and joy.  Recognise when your ways please The Most High he will grant you favor.

Ps 54:4 Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul.5 He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth.

Romans 8:8“So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.”

Psalms 27:3“Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.”

Work

Patience

 "Patience is equated with suffering."

2 Thessalonians 3:5“And the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God, and into the patient waiting for Christ.”

People often say "Don't pray for Patience unless you are ready to be tested!"James 1:3 | Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. Patience is something that is required of us as followers of Christ.  If you are impatient you are not displaying the characteristics of Christ. Luke 21:19 In your patience possess ye your souls.   Romans 5:3And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4And patience, experience; and experience, hope: 5And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Is your behavior determined by others opinions or false expectations?

When we are faced with any situation we have a choice. We can respond or we can react. The enemy wants to get us to react in our flesh and be angry, fearful, worried, or doubtful. "Leave worry and doubt behind, and make Faith your new best friend."-Unknown

Learner's definition of EXPECTATION

1: a belief that something will happen or is likely to happen

2: a feeling or belief about how successful, good, etc., someone or something will be.

We all have expectations of others and how they should respond or how they should act. Each time we impose those expectations on someone else without talking and agreeing on them together we are let down or we let down others. The word states that we should trust in the Lord and not in man. Why is that? We as humans have our own thoughts, ideas and feelings and they may or may not line up with the word even though our intentions are not to bring hurt or let downs to others. We in our own selfish state do not always think about what is going on with others or how they may think or feel differently than we do.

How will you conduct yourself today?

Committed

When you hear that word what do you think??  If you've been committed it would be because someone thinks that you are crazy.  Some would say that you to be truly committed you have to be a little crazy. The commitment that is unwavering means that there is nothing or no one that can change your devotion to it.  Are you committed to Chasing The highest??

commitment -the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc.

an engagement or obligation that restricts freedom of action.
synonyms:dedication, devotion, allegiance, loyalty, faithfulness, fidelity
synonyms:responsibility, obligation, duty, tie, liability; More

1 Timothy 118This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare; 19Holding faith, and a good conscience; which some having put away concerning faith have made shipwreck:

When the ship left the harbor the captain, crew, and passangers were all full of hope and adventure. Looking forward to the journey and the arrival at the final destination. They knew that there would be danger and numerous other things that could happen, but they chose this journey anyway, thinking the rewards would be far greater than the risk.

Have you shipwrecked?? Have you allowed your journey to the kingdom to take a wrong turn?? You knew from the beginning that the enemy was going to do everything in his power to stop you. If you are still working toward the kingdom then nothing (even a shipwreck) can stop you.  You will rebuild, restart and keep warefaring until you make it.

2 Chronicles 16:9“For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars.”

Greatness is established one piece at a time

Ecclesiasticus 44:20
Who kept the law of the most High, and was in covenant with him: he established the covenant in his flesh; and when he was proved, he was found faithful.

Image result for under construction signAnything that is inspiring or breathtaking didn't just appear there over night. The very best things take time. That is why we must build each day and walk rightly to gain our spot in the kingdom. The kingdom that is eternal deserves citizens that will establish it, not seek to destroy it. The Most High has sent us here to be proved, tried, and tested. He has asked us to lay aside everything that would ensnare or entrap us. To purify ourselves and lay aside all manner of sin that we might be worthy to enter that kingdom.

Hebrews 11:13
These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

1 Peter 2:11
Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;12Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation. 13Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; 14Or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well.

Judges 2:22
That through them I may prove Israel, whether they will keep the way of the LORD to walk therein, as their fathers did keep it, or not.

Wisdom of Solomon 3:4For though they be punished in the sight of men, yet is their hope full of immortality. 5And having been a little chastised, they shall be greatly rewarded: for God proved them, and found them worthy for himself. 6As gold in the furnace hath he tried them, and received them as a burnt offering. 7And in the time of their visitation they shall shine, and run to and fro like sparks among the stubble.

Ecclesiasticus 37:27-31My son, prove thy soul in thy life, and see what is evil for it, and give not that unto it.For all things are not profitable for all men, neither hath every soul pleasure in every thing.Be not unsatiable in any dainty thing, nor too greedy upon meats:For excess of meats bringeth sickness, and surfeiting will turn into choler.By surfeiting have many perished; but he that taketh heed prolongeth his life.

Romans 12:2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
