When we are faced with any situation we have a choice. We can respond or we can react. The enemy wants to get us to react in our flesh and be angry, fearful, worried, or doubtful. "Leave worry and doubt behind, and make Faith your new best friend."-Unknown
Learner's definition of EXPECTATION
1: a belief that something will happen or is likely to happen
2: a feeling or belief about how successful, good, etc., someone or something will be.
We all have expectations of others and how they should respond or how they should act. Each time we impose those expectations on someone else without talking and agreeing on them together we are let down or we let down others. The word states that we should trust in the Lord and not in man. Why is that? We as humans have our own thoughts, ideas and feelings and they may or may not line up with the word even though our intentions are not to bring hurt or let downs to others. We in our own selfish state do not always think about what is going on with others or how they may think or feel differently than we do.
