Accountability

To who or what are you accountable?  The Scripture tells us that We shall all be accountable for our lives for, our words, our actions. (Matt12:36-37,Eph 5:15-16,Ps15:1-4)  What do you do to learn accountability?  Have you submitted yourself to the authority in your life? Have you put yourself under a trustworthy leader that will hold you accountable? Do you remember that The Most High's eyes are forever on the righteous and 10000 times brighter then the sun?

Ecclesiasticus 23:19“Such a man only feareth the eyes of men, and knoweth not that the eyes of the Lord are ten thousand times brighter than the sun, beholding all the ways of men, and considering the most secret parts.”

If you struggle with accountability and keeping the agreements that you have made verbally or spiritually, find someone who will keep you accountable and when they call you on your shortcomings don't be mad but grateful that you have an opportunity to correct it now and repent before that great day of judgement.

2 Esdras 16:66“What will ye do? or how will ye hide your sins before God and his angels?”

1 Timothy 5:24“Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.”

2 Esdras 16:65“And when your sins are brought forth, ye shall be ashamed before men, and your own sins shall be your accusers in that day.”

1 John 1:9“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
