The Devil is busy

2 Corinthians 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

Our bible tells us the devil goes about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.1 Peter 5:8 It is so easy to get caught up in our everyday life, in our thoughts, in our routine, we forget that the enemy is there waiting for an inch..  

 

It is said the Battlefield is in the mind. When you are driving, working, or resting where do your thoughts go to? Are you allowing the enemy to throw darts (Eph 6:16)in your mind and distract you from the Fathers way of thinking? Every situation boils down to perspective. When you feel you have been pushed to your wits end can you calm your temper long enough to change your perspective?

 

When we look at things from the Fathers perspective everything is different from how it feels in this moment. So if your struggling take a breath, say a prayer, rebuke the devil, and do what you know is the right thing no  matter how it feels.
