Attitude is almost everything. Many things can be said to a person. Your method in transfer of information can be through love or as my son would put it... rough. Telling someone you see an area they need to work on is not an unbiblical thing to do, as all scripture is for correction edification and rebuke (2 Tim 3:16);but there is a big difference between:" your fat!" and " have you  tried exercising or eating different shorts of foods so that you could obtain optimal health?"  One is thought out, and while relays the same information, also offers a helpful suggestion an options for resolution. We must convey correction through love. A soft answer turns away wrath. Quite often framing our opinion, thoughts, or judgement in a kind manner can help the person we are interacting with to receive the word we are trying to share. When you have a bad attitude it will effect every situation you are dealing with. If it is a chore it will inevitably take longer and be much more difficult. If it is a relationship difficulty, hurt, and old wounds can easily resurface and turn the entire situation sour quickly. Taste your words before you spit them out. If they are full of venom and poison they are better left unsaid.

In our endeavor to know the Father and make it to his kingdom we must learn to change and receive correction with gladness.  For it is through this correction that we are able to be refined and clean our garments to be ready for that wedding feast.(Matt 22)
Paul advised to let the lowliest among you be the judges.(1 cor 6)  When you are in a lowly place it is often much easier to see the distractions and corruptions that the enemy is trying to use to trap a person in their sin.

So if you are involved with another follower of Christ know that you are called to be a servant even when you don't feel like it.  When we treat and respect each other as fellow servants that is when we will be able to walk in one accord.
