What seems Simple Isn't

Before fully understanding the truth and the depth of water in scripture, I just marveled at it in it's base form.  I always enjoyed sitting by water or hearing the sound of it.  That was until I was able to sit in silence.  During quiet meditation on what we have learned I was again in awe of the graciousness of the Ancient of Days.
Yes water in the everyday think is  to be used for cleansing when soiled, replenishing when parched and re-freshen us when observing it. In heart felt thought it is  no wonder that scripture equates it as life sustaining. It is the very substance that we can receive as a gift from our brother.
Know that moving in His very spirit can wash us and keep us until Abba fulfills His promise. To His elect with the water that flows from His throne.  This very spirit will cleanse those found righteous in the world to come Revelation 22:1.  We are given the fullness of being washed for a reason.  Know that nothing is happen stance in the Most High. His considering us is always before our eyes if we have eyes to see.  Do you consider Him as He gave thought to you????   Are you submitted and  thirsty enough to stand in His word (Revelation 21:6 )???

Revelation 21:6

“And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.”
Are ready to drink of His water????

Hard work

Proverbs 31:27 - She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

When reading Proverbs 31 we see a woman that is using her talents given by the Father to provide for her household and ensure that everyone is taken care of. She is using her creativity, her intellect, and her wisdom to manage and care for what The Father has blessed her with.  In learning about being a wife, mother, and caretaker of a home I have noticed that it often boils down to perspective. Are you bothered by dishes or grateful you have people to feed? Are you overwhelmed by laundry or thankful that you have been blessed with people who need you? Are you disgruntled by cooking or looking forward to the Family meal that will bring laughter and joy into your dwelling?

Proverbs 16:27-29Living Bible (TLB)27 Idle hands are the devil’s workshop; idle lips are his mouthpiece.28 An evil man sows strife; gossip separates the best of friends.29 Wickedness loves company—and leads others into sin.

You have been given this one life. This one chance, this day to serve the Father in your best possible capability. This is a " easy thing" during the good times when everyone is listening and cooperating; but what about when times are complicated? What about when the kids are wrestling, the phone is ringing, the bills are past due, the pots are boiling over, the demands are being made and you feel overwhelmed? You feel like HELP I am doing all I can to keep my temper, home in order, and peace that you promised, why does it look like chaos is ensuing?????  The most orderly people that I know are disciplined ones. Interesting that to be a disciple you must be disciplined just by the very root of the word.

Colossians 1:10 “That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;”

To have order you must have  discipline. The Father is not about chaos but of order. Not of confusion but understanding. So when you see things spinning out of control and into chaos around you, it is time to stop, reflect, pray, and find out where you lack discipline so you can correct it with the Fathers help.

How is your soil??

Have you ever had to dig up the ground to lay a path or start a garden?  If you aren't the owner of heavy equipment you know that it can be quite the task. Breaking up ground that has been sitting for a long while. driven over, walked over, wet down by the rain and hardened by time can take a long time to break up and get to the state that you need to accomplish the mission. Where in your life have you allowed the challenges you've faced and the grind of the everyday to harden your soil?

Hosea 10:12 Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.”

Matthew 13
And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;
And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:
Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:
And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.
And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them:
But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.
Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.

18 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower.
19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side.
20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;
21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.
22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

2 Esdras 8:41

38For indeed I will not think on the disposition of them which have sinned before death, before judgment, before destruction: 39But I will rejoice over the disposition of the righteous, and I will remember also their pilgrimage, and the salvation, and the reward, that they shall have. 40Like as I have spoken now, so shall it come to pass. 41For as the husbandman soweth much seed upon the ground, and planteth many trees, and yet the thing that is sown good in his season cometh not up, neither doth all that is planted take root: even so is it of them that are sown in the world; they shall not all be saved. 42I answered then and said, If I have found grace, let me speak. 43Like as the husbandman's seed perisheth, if it come not up, and receive not thy rain in due season; or if there come too much rain, and corrupt it: 44Even so perisheth man also, which is formed with thy hands, and is called thine own image, because thou art like unto him, for whose sake thou hast made all things, and likened him unto the husbandman's seed.

Self Control

Self control is the ability to control ones emotions, behaviors and desires in the face of external demands in order to function. You must have self awareness to have self control. Your life is made of all the little moments that add up to build your unique experience.

 The day you cleaned everything.
The day you decided not to.
The day you kept your peace.
The day you lost it.

1 Peter 4:7 But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

This verse shows us that we must have self control in order to pray.

1 Peter 3:10For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

As we press into the Father and seek his face and His ways that is when the Holy Spirit will bring us Self Control.  It is our job to ask for and then grow the gifts that come with the Holy Spirit.  In order to be the very best that we can we must seek these gifts from the father and tend to each one and make them alive and well in our every day lives. Showing ourselves strong in our walk toward the Kingdom.

Tabernacles

Deuteronomy 16:13“Thou shalt observe the feast of tabernacles seven days, after that thou hast gathered in thy corn and thy wine:”

Keeping tabernacles isn't always easy but very necessary. In the bible it is one if the the required feasts found in Deuteronomy. And in the new earth  that will come from the Father it will be required by all. So even if we're cold or not in our element. By keeping it we know the Father is smiling down on his faithful servants.

Zechariah 14:16 “And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, and to keep the feast of tabernacles.”

Have you in your everyday life considered what life in a tent would be like?

No bathroom...

No Laundry....

No running water....

No refrigerator......

I look around in my life as an American with all of the excess that we have. Laziness and comfort will be our destruction. The Most High has set up his feasts and his remembrances to teach us valuable lessons and keep us focused on the fact that we are to be pilgrims passing through not allowing ourselves to become attached to the things if this world. Where is your focus? Is it on the natural and the " American dream" or is it on where we are headed? You might say, " well I am doing my best to be focused on the future and making it to the kingdom."  Are you??? Look around where ever you are at....... Think of your last shopping trips..... What are the things you are spending your money on? What are you surrounded by? Is it material things or things that will help you to get to the kingdom??

As this feast passed us by where was your focus? Was it on the cares of this modern day world or was it as our fore Fathers and Mothers of the scriptures Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Sarah,  and so many others.

Hebrews 11:13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
