Did you miss the message???

So many times we're looking for answers and they are right in front of our faces. The problem is they aren't the answers that we wanted to hear. So instead of asking yourself:" How does this apply to me or how can I improve based on this message?", we think things like;" I hope such and such heard this, or I hope they got that message!"

It was said once that if your hearing this sermon it means its for you. I would expand that to mean that sermon, scripture, devotion, article, or post when it has to do with the words from the bible.  So often we read or hear words of correction and think of a person we think is having an issue and say :"oh this is for them."  And there if nothing else is the problem.....We THINK.......
Scripture tells us that all scripture is profitable for teaching, reproof, correction, and training. That means you! That means it all applies to you. You are responsible for your soul. If you are experiencing the everywhere I go, study, read, I hear the same thing phenomena then you need to stop and figure out what is the message????

Matthew 7:2-5 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 3And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 4Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye? 5Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

Image result for beam out of your eyeGet the beam out of your eye.... That can only happen when you are willing to hard core examine yourself and get real and repent. You can't correct another until you've dealt with it yourself. That is why Paul said let not many of you be teachers.(Jas 3:1)

There is a higher standard that you are held to when you decide to correct others.  Matthew tells us that with what judgment. you judge you will be judged with. You have to be sure that you are judging righteously when you correct your brother or sister. The greatest commandment is that we're to love another. Love covers a multitude of sin.

1 John 3:23“And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Yashaya Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.” John 13:34,John 15:12,1 John 4:21,Mark 12:31,

2 John 1:5

What if the Most High looked at you and judged you the same way you are looking at them???  Are they confessing their sins?? Are they trying? Are they keeping the commandments??? Are they studying and praying?? Are they asking the Most High for help?  Then you are told to bear with them. pray for them, and love them.(Acts 20:35,

Romans 14:1, Romans 15:1,1 Corinthians 8:9,1 Corinthians 9:22, 1 Thessalonians 5:14,2 Esdras 7:42)

Not judge them and condemn them. Stop allowing the enemy to take your energy and strength and use it against those of the Faith. Point that energy against our real enemy Satan and those who willfully disobey The Most High.
