Leaven is a tiny thing that puffs up. To serve The Most High you mustn't be puffed up. You must know that you are working toward a goal and be willing to do the things necessary to obtain that goal. Top of that list is confession of sins so that you recognize your need for a savior and a perfector. This thing cannot be done through human strength alone. Sin corrupts you one compromise at a time. If you're not growing you're going backwards!
A place to share truth, encouragement, inspiration, and life lessons. James 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

Passover and Unleavened Bread
March 25, 2017 : Passover (Leviticus 23:5) (ie Sundown 25th to Sundown 26th)
March 25-March 31, 2017: Feast of Unleavened Bread (Exodus 12:1) March 25th Sundown – March 31st Sundown, 2017 (First Day observe as Sabbath: (ie Sundown 25th to Sundown 31st) -Last Day observe as Sabbath: (Sundown 31st to Sundown 1st))
Passover is a time of newness and reflection. The Most High was about to do a new thing for the nation of Israel. He was about to take them out of captivity. He was about to bring them into a freedom that they were not quite ready for: but there was a sacrifice that had to be made first. They had to sacrifice the lamb, they had to cover their door post with the blood they had to focus all their time effort and energy on The Most High and what He had asked of them BEFORE he could take them out of their captivity BEFORE he could deliver them from Egypt.
Now in this day and age because of the sacrifice that Christ has made for us, we do not have to sacrifice a lamb. He was our final sacrifice, but metaphorically we do. We have to recognize the Passover. Recognize the sacrifice of his life that he gave for us, and put ourselves under his control and under his order and have our focus, our time, effort, and our energy on The Most High and his order, his way! This is also the time of unleavened bread it is a time where we put aside the leaven which is representative of sin. Are you putting aside the sin in your life or have you fallen into Old bad habits? Are you taking part in things that you used to do that you had at one point put away? This is a time to clean out, to clean up, Let Go and move forward with The Most High. Only then can he deliver you. Only then can he set you free! Only then can he return and break Yasharahlas captivity for eternity

"leavened breads are forbidden during Passover"
Though this passage comes from the Old Testament, these same days were observed by the New Testament Church. More than 20 years after the death and resurrection of Christ, the apostle Paul instructed the gentile congregation at Corinth to keep the Days of Unleavened Bread. He then explained their spiritual application to New Testament Christians (1 Corinthians 5:6-8). | synonyms: raise, make rise, puff up, expand
"yeast leavens the bread"
Leavening includes yeast and chemical leavening agents, such as baking powder, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and potassium bicarbonate. (Other ingredients that are sometimes confused with leaven include brewer’s yeast, yeast extract, torula yeast, autolyzed yeast, cream of tartar and cornstarch. These are not leavening agents.) |

Are you Stuck??
Ps 37:4 says that when our desires match the Desires of the most High that he will then give us the desires of our heart. Is The most High your priority? Do the things that concern Him come before the wants of your flesh? He is our creator. By His word we were given our very breath. So are you focusing and meditating daily on His words? Seeking Him first will bring you joy, peace, love, and all the things that the world tries to offer but can never deliver.
Matt 6:33But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Ps37: 4 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart.
James 4:3“Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.”

Presentation
. But when we judge ourselves ugly, to fat, not smart enough or good enough we are selling ourselves short. In the most high all things are possible but only through authenticity.
Psalms 147:3“He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.”
If it is authentically broken seek Him he is the repairer of the broken. If it is sick Seek him He is the healer. When we learn that just because we have been taught a certain manner or way that anothers choice to express themselves differently is not a slight to us, but an acknowledgement of The most highs capability to create each person with their own unique personalities. Then we will begin to learn about love1 Corinthians Chapter 13:4Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.
Hebrews 13:1 - Let brotherly love continue.
1 John 4:7 - Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God.
1 John 3:18 - My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.
John 15:13 - Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
1 Peter 3:8 - Finally, [be ye] all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, [be] pitiful, [be] courteous:
After all, according to the scholars of the time; Christ was the son of Joseph and Mary (John 6:42) hanging out with some unlearned fishermen (Acts 4:13). By staying authentic they are recognized as Messiah and the Sons of Thunder(Mk3:17), forever changing the course of this world and offering us a chance at redemption. Remember The most High does not see as man sees but He see the heart.
(1 Samuel 16:7)Are you for Him or against Him? Your actions everyday tell on you. Stop focusing on your worldly presentation and focus on who you are presenting to The Father.
Deuteronomy 10:16“Circumcise therefore the foreskin of your heart, and be no more stiffnecked.”
James 4:8Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Abbas’ Wish and the Promise
When we submit to Abba then you can see that all that is going before us is
spoken of. You will move accordingly because you believe that your walk here
matters. You will do so because we are to be a witness who is moved to be
submitted to laws of the Most High??? So you can see all that is here and have
peace with why it is fading before our eyes. So how do you get to this point and
what does that mean for you in the days to come??? Letting go in full
repentance is required, so that we can have the eternity promised for those who
are His. We are told in 2 Peter 3:9 that the Most High is not slack concerning
His promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us-ward, not
willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Know that this promise comes with a requirement though to begin this
agreement. Yes, it is repentance so He can take the new you and mold you into
His image. Why??? We are a broken mess until He makes us new??? We have to
“REPENT” so that when can understand how to "LOVE" Him….not by this
worlds’ standards but that of our Father!!!! When this is so there is joy in keeping
the commandments and they do not grieve you. Abba can give you ears to hear
the message that is here and being preached by His true servants. Want the
promise……run after the truth for the day of Abba is at hand!!!!

Do you think about the food you eat??
When you go to eat something do you think about where it came from?? Do you read labels? Do you care? A comparison between the natural and spiritual relationship between the bread taken for communion as commanded in 1 Cor 11 & Luke 22 was brought to our attention so I wanted to share My paraphrase with you and add the larger context.
Yashaya used the everyday routine of eating to communicate profound spiritual truth.
1. Just as food is useless unless it is eaten, so does spiritual truth do no good unless it is internalized. Merely knowing truth without acting on it both profits nothing. Heb 4:2 and you can no longer remain neutral Luke 11:23 In fact your knowledge results in a more severe judgement. Lk 12:47-48, Heb 10:29
2. Eating is prompted by hunger; those who are full are not interested in food. In the same way sinners who are satiated with their sin have no hunger for spiritual things. Lk 5:31-32, 6:21 When the voice of the most High Speaks into their darkness and they begin to see that they are lost without Him. Seeing their condition creates a hunger for forgiveness, deliverance, peace, love, hope, and joy drives them to truth.
3. The food you consume becomes a part of you through the natural process of digestion. So it is with spiritual things. It is only through Faith that people become one with Christ. 1Cor6:17,2Cor 4:10,Gal 2:20, Eph 3:17
4. Eating involves trust. No one knowingly eats tainted or spoiled food. The very act of eating implies Faith that the food is edible. (Do you know if your food has been tainted??) Thus the metaphor of communion implies belief in Christ.
5. Eating is very personal. No one can eat for another. Just the same your salvation is your responsibility.
(author unknown)
Philippians 2:12“Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.”
"Eve was tempted in the garden with an apple. Through her perception and pride she fell into sin and was cast from the garden. Eve perceived that the fruit was “good for food,” “pleasing to the eye,” and “desirable for gaining wisdom” (Genesis 3:6). She coveted the fruit in three ways. First, it was appealing to her appetite. This John refers to as the “lust of the flesh,” the desire for that which satisfies any of the physical needs. The fruit was also pleasing or delightful to the eye, that which we see and desire to own or possess. Here is the “lust of the eyes” John refers to. Finally, Eve somehow perceived that the fruit would make her wise, giving her a wisdom beyond her own. Part of Satan’s lie was that eating the fruit would make her “like God, knowing good and evil” (Genesis 3:5)." (https://www.gotquestions.org/pride-of-life.html)
So next time you wander into your kitchen and begin to look for something to eat, or when at the store or drive through, ask yourself as I partake of this food is it because I need fuel for my body to run and so am making the most positive choice for my life??? Or am I using an seemingly innocent activity without considering the larger connotations??
